Department of Pathology of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Uludağ University and Turkish Veterinary Pathology Society are delighted to have the opportunity to invite you all to Bursa for the 5th Turkish Veterinary Pathology Congress with International Contribution on September 14-18, 2010.

National veterinary pathology congresses in Turkey have been the most important scientific activity where the veterinary pathology family meet and discuss the developments in the field since 2002. The growing national and international interest and attendance to the congresses is stimulating for all of us.

The congress will have a rich scientific programme with focus on current research topics and new developments. Prof.Dr. Anja Kipar, the Secretary of the European College of Veterinary Pathologists, will be delivering a keynote speech on Postgraduate Training in Veterinary Pathology.

We hope to provide you with a pleasant social programme to complement the scientific activities. Early autumn is an ideal time to visit Bursa, a city which has been the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, and go through a historical and cultural voyage. The congress venue is the picturesque Montania Hotel in Mudanya, a sea-side town well-known for its charm and natural beauties.
